Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

Diamond Exposure is operated by Jared Keith ("we", "us", "Diamond Exposure"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are using the service on behalf of a minor, you confirm you are the parent or legal guardian and consent on their behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Diamond Exposure to create and manage athlete profiles for yourself or athletes you are the legal guardian of. When using the service, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, or sexualize any minor, athlete, coach, or other user.
  • Create profiles for athletes you do not own or are not the legal guardian of, or impersonate any person or organization.
  • Submit false, misleading, or manipulated stats, video, photos, awards, or tournament results.
  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download leaderboards, profiles, or media without our prior written consent.
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of others, or contains malware, viruses, or malicious code.
  • Upload nudity, sexual content, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service or its data without authorization.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service, attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paywalls, or interfere with other users' use of the service.
  • Use the service to send spam, unsolicited recruiting outreach in violation of NCAA or state recruiting rules, or any communication prohibited by law.

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access at any time if we believe these rules have been violated, with or without notice.

4. Content ownership and license

You retain ownership of media and stats you upload. By submitting content you grant Diamond Exposure a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reformat, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the service.

5. Our intellectual property

Diamond Exposure retains all rights to the service itself, including the software, design, trading-card layouts, leaderboards, badges, branding, and documentation. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the service under these terms.

6. Verification

Stats, rarity tiers, and rating placements may be reviewed and adjusted by Diamond Exposure moderators to maintain the integrity of leaderboards and recruiting exposure.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and seller of record

Diamond Exposure is operated by Jared Keith, who is the seller of record for all orders. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles checkout, billing, payment methods, and dispute processing on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers.

Paid plans (Prospect and Diamond) are billed monthly or annually in advance at the prices shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues through the end of the paid period. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST is calculated and collected at checkout based on your location. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

8. Service level

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for: material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Minors

A parent or legal guardian must create the account for any athlete under 18 and consent to the public display of approved profile information.
