1. Who we are

Diamond Exposure is operated by Jared Keith ("we", "us"). For the personal data described below, we act as the data controller. You can reach us at FBLHoldingsllc@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password hash, and authentication tokens used to log you in.
  • Athlete profile data: athlete name, graduation year, team, positions, stats, photos, and highlight videos you choose to upload.
  • Support data: messages and attachments you send us through contact forms or email.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and basic telemetry used to operate and secure the service.
  • Billing data: handled by our payment processor Stripe (see Section 4). We receive limited information such as subscription status, plan, and country — we do not receive or store full card numbers.

3. How and why we use information

  • Create and operate your account, and display approved athlete profiles publicly to support recruiting exposure — legal basis: performance of contract.
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries — legal basis: performance of contract / legitimate interests.
  • Secure the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug issues — legal basis: legitimate interests.
  • Process subscriptions and comply with tax and accounting obligations — legal basis: contract / legal obligation.
  • Improve features and content — legal basis: legitimate interests.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Who we share information with

  • Stripe Payments Inc. — our payment processor. Stripe processes payments, manages subscriptions, calculates and collects applicable sales tax, and processes refunds and disputes on our behalf. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (database, file storage, email delivery) — strictly to operate the service under appropriate data-protection agreements.
  • Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.

5. Public profile information

Athlete profiles that you submit and that pass moderation are displayed publicly on the site (athlete name, team, stats, photos, and highlight videos). Do not include information you do not want to be publicly accessible. You may edit or remove your profile at any time.

6. Data retention

We keep account and profile data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your profile or account, we remove or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to keep records for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (typically up to 7 years for billing records). Backups containing residual data are overwritten on a rolling schedule.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise any of these rights, email FBLHoldingsllc@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, hashed credentials, row-level database access controls, and least-privilege access for administrators. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password and notify us of any suspected compromise.

9. Minors

A parent or legal guardian must create the account for any athlete under 18 and consent to the public display of approved profile information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email.
